Job summary

Willmott Dixon Group is seeking a Digital Construction Manager (BIM) in Morley, Leeds. The role is hybrid, combining office, site, and home commitments to support Yorkshire projects and the wider Northern digital team.

You will plan, implement, and manage digital processes across project lifecycles from bid to handover, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Construction/BIM and ISO 19650 understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary designs in a 3D environment.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM processes and documentation aligned with ISO 19650.
• Coordinate digital information across projects from bid to handover.
• Review models and information for quality and information management.
• Work with Design Managers, site teams, consultants and supply chain.
• Coordinate model information, COBie data, scanning, visuals and logistics.
• Promote digital best practices and coach project teams.
