Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Digital Construction Manager to drive digital delivery on Environment projects. You will lead BIM, information management and digital handover, working with project teams, clients and partners to ensure compliant, high-quality information delivery across mobilisation to handover.

You’ll champion adoption of digital tools and processes, deploy pilots, and manage information requirements and governance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM principles and information management standards.
• Proven track record delivering digital construction on live projects.
• Knowledge of digital workflows, data governance and integration.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement client digital and BIM requirements.
• Interface with client digital teams and align project delivery.
• Develop and manage IEPs, BEPs, IDPs and asset information.
• Standardise digital handover processes and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Mobilise digital initiatives across live projects and coach teams.
