Job summary

Wates Group is seeking a Digital Construction Manager to join our Leeds team, leading BIM and digital delivery across regional projects. You will drive adoption of digital tools, manage CDE workflows, and coordinate between design, commercial and site delivery teams to ensure compliant information management.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, with a proactive, collaborative approach to continuous improvement in digital construction practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as Digital Construction Manager or BIM Manager in construction.
• Strong BIM and information management understanding, ISO 19650.
• Experience with CDE and digital platforms.
• Experience delivering digital construction on medium to large projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of digital construction and BIM strategies across projects.
• Manage project information in accordance with client requirements and industry standards, including ISO 19650.
• Support project teams in the adoption and effective use of digital construction tools and processes.
• Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate digital construction activities between design, commercial and site delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital project delivery.
• Support project teams with information management, reporting and digital compliance requirements.
• Provide training, guidance and support to project stakeholders on digital construction best practice.
