Job summary

Wates Group in Leeds is seeking a Digital Construction Manager to lead BIM and digital delivery across diverse regional projects. You will drive digital strategies, manage information workflows and coordinate between design, commercial and site teams to ensure compliant, efficient project delivery.

The role focuses on enabling adoption of digital tools, training stakeholders and delivering continuous improvement in digital construction practices within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Construction or BIM management within construction.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, information management and ISO 19650.
• Experience with CDEs and digital platforms on medium to large projects.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of digital construction and BIM strategies across projects.
• Manage project information per client requirements and standards.
• Support teams in adopting digital construction tools and processes.
• Oversee CDEs and information workflows throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate digital activities between design, commercial and site teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital delivery.
• Provide training and guidance on digital construction best practice.
• Engage with clients and consultants to meet digital requirements.
