Job summary

HDR's Building Engineering Services Group is seeking a skilled BIM specialist to lead digital delivery for building projects. You will create and maintain discipline models, generate drawings, and coordinate across disciplines using 3D coordination reviews.

The role requires strong Revit, ACC/Forma, Navisworks skills, and effective communication. You will work on large-scale projects and help uphold project standards and model health throughout the design team.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent with industry experience.
• 3+ years related industry experience.
• Detailed working knowledge of Revit and document management systems (ACC / Forma).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and communication platforms.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools (ACC / Forma and Navisworks).
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organization.
• Understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using current 3D software.
• Maintain the discipline model with project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, and sheets.
• Coordinate the design with other discipline models through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination.
• Assist or execute additional Digital Delivery requirements identified on the project.
