Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Lead (Electrical) to drive BIM discipline modeling and digital delivery. You will generate the electrical discipline model in alignment with the Digital Delivery Plan, create and maintain BIM content, and ensure coordination with other discipline models during design reviews.

Strong Revit, Navisworks, and Forma skills are essential, as is an understanding of ISO19650 and project standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capability.
• Experience working on single large or multiple simultaneous projects.
• Solid understanding of discipline models and BIM output requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain the discipline model per DDP and project scope using current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams of the design with accurate annotations.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination.
• Monitor, improve and maintain model health and company standards.
• Execute all Digital Delivery requirements identified for the project.
