Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Specialist (Mechanical) within its Building Engineering Services Group. You will develop and maintain discipline models (BIM) per the Digital Delivery Plan, generating BIM elements and documentation supporting project scope and schedule.

You’ll work under supervision, applying current 3D software to deliver precise, coordinated designs across disciplines. Qualifications include a technical degree and 3+ years’ experience, with strong Revit, ACC/Forma, and

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.
3+ years related industry experience in building design.
Detailed working knowledge of Revit and document management tools (ACC/Forma).
Competent with Microsoft Office and communication tools.
Experience with 3D coordination tools including ACC/Forma and Navisworks.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization.
Understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

Model the discipline output per DDP/LOD requirements.
Create and maintain discipline models, systems, content and digital delivery output.
Coordinate with architects/engineers and other discipline models during design reviews.
