Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Lead (Electrical) to drive discipline modeling in BIM workflows and manage the discipline model you create. You will generate BIM elements and ensure accurate, coordinated digital delivery across the project scope using Revit and related tools, with a focus on quality and standards adherence.

This role requires 6+ years of experience, strong coordination across disciplines, and a solid understanding of ISO19650.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years related industry experience.
• Advanced skillset of Revit and document management infrastructure.
• Advanced skillset of 3D coordination tools including Navisworks.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discipline model for Electrical design within BIM workflows.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, content, and digital delivery output.
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations.
• Coordinate with other discipline models during reviews and 3D coordination.
• Prepare detailed drawings using 3D software within project scope.
