Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Specialist (Structural) to join our Building Engineering Services Group in the United Kingdom. You will model discipline elements in Revit, maintain the discipline model, and support Digital Delivery requirements across projects from concept to delivery with adherence to LOD specs.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, produce detailed drawings, coordinate with 3D models, and help drive BIM standards and model health to deliver efficient, sustainable

Qualifications

• Technical degree (HND/HNC) or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years related industry experience.
• Detailed working knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination software.
• Proficiency with ACC/Forma and Navisworks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Model discipline elements in the BIM model per project LOD and Digital Delivery Plan.
• Create and maintain discipline models, systems, and content.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using 3D software.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models in Design Reviews.
• Ensure model health and adherence to company standards.
• Assist with or execute additional Digital Delivery requirements.
• Support project delivery within schedule and budget.
