Job summary

Carmichael UK is recruiting a BIM Coordinator to support the Devonport Royal Dockyard redevelopment in Plymouth. The role will coordinate, manage and assure project information and model-based deliverables within a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliant digital delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong BIM tooling skills (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD), knowledge of ISO 19650, and experience with model federation and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar.
• Experience with BIM coordination and digital construction.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD; ISO 19650 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM and information management across the project.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate and review project information models.
• Manage multidisciplinary model coordination and data exchanges.
• Perform information quality assurance of graphical and non-graphical data.
• Provide BIM and digital construction guidance to teams and suppliers.
• Support supply-chain BIM onboarding and inductions.
• Coordinate BIM/CAD Technicians and promote digital delivery practices.
