Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting a Digital Delivery Technician to create and integrate CAD/BIM outputs across the project lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning. You will ensure BIM/AEC data is consistent, compliant, and aligned with project goals.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering BIM outputs, supporting designers, validating models, and contributing to cyber security and data management practices within a dynamic water sector environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in CAD, BIM or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD).
• Experience with 3D modelling in a CDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360) and BIM data management.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and information management.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAD/BIM design data and ensure quality control.
• Use 3D modelling to support design collaboration and clash resolution.
• Support common data environment platform development (Autodesk CC/BIM360).
• Create standardized BIM element library for model reuse and low-carbon solutions.
• Address cyber security aspects for CAD/BIM data access.
• Validate CAD/BIM models from suppliers and integrate into models.
• Collaborate with designers to balance time, cost, and quality.
• Manage safety, wellbeing, environment and sustainability in BIM outputs.
• Mentor less experienced BIM technicians and provide guidance.
