Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley, a joint venture between JN Bentley and Mott MacDonald, seeks a Digital Delivery Technician to drive BIM/CAD outputs across water projects in Scotland. You will ensure BIM data is integrated from concept to commissioning, coordinating with design teams to optimise model quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in CAD, BIM or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk authoring packages (Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of water or wastewater projects.
• Experience authoring 3D models in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360.
• Understanding of information management per ISO 19650.
• Strong communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver results within short timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAD/BIM data and contribute to CAD/BIM standards.
• Use 3D modelling to support design collaboration and clash resolution.
• Support the common data environment platform (Autodesk CC/BIM360).
• Create and maintain a standard BIM element library for model reuse.
• Maintain cybersecurity aspects of CAD/BIM data access.
• Validate CAD/BIM models from suppliers and integrate into models.
• Assist designers in balancing time, cost and quality while working.
