Red King Resourcing's client, a leading architectural practice, seeks an experienced BIM & Digital Design Manager to lead the firm's BIM strategy, standards and digital delivery across multiple teams in Newcastle.

You will drive BIM maturity, BEPs, and information management, coordinating with project teams and mentoring staff on Revit, ACC and automation. Office-based, 5 days per week, salary £55k–£60k plus benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading change management initiatives within BIM, digital design or a related environment.
• 5+ years' experience in BIM Management or similar Digital Design leadership role within architecture or design.
• Demonstrable expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM delivery on complex projects.
• Good working knowledge of Rhino.
• Strong understanding of BEPs and ISO 19650 processes.
• Experience with ACC and Autodesk Docs.
• Experience in model coordination, auditing, clash resolution and information exchange.
• Proven experience owning BIM standards, templates, governance and technology adoption.

Location: Newcastle (NE12) - Office Based, 5 Days Per Week -

A well-established architectural practice with a strong reputation for architectural design, strategic thinking, masterplanning and interior design is seeking a BIM & Digital Design Manager to lead and develop the entire BIM function across the business.

This is a key leadership role responsible for BIM strategy, standards, digital delivery and technology adoption across multiple teams. The successful candidate will drive change, improve BIM maturity, ensure consistent project delivery and support the continued evolution of digital design processes throughout the practice.

• Demonstrable expertise in Autodesk Revit and experience managing BIM delivery on complex projects.
• Good working knowledge of Rhino.
• Strong understanding of BIM and information management processes, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ISO 19650.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Docs.
• Experience in model coordination, auditing, clash resolution and multidisciplinary information exchange.
• Proven experience owning BIM standards, templates, governance and technology adoption across multiple teams or offices.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, computational design, scripting and automation.
• Interest in emerging digital technologies and the application of AI within design and delivery workflows.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and coaching skills, with a proven ability to drive adoption and influence change independently.
