  • Candidates with experience working on data centre, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, or large commercial developments.

  • Professionals with strong Autodesk software expertise and a proven track record of successful BIM delivery.

  • Individuals comfortable working in a site-based environment and engaging directly with design, engineering, and construction teams.

  • Candidates experienced in model coordination, information management, digital workflows, and project reporting.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM standards, and digital delivery procedures.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction models to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.

  • Manage clash detection processes using Navisworks and drive the resolution of coordination issues.

  • Oversee model quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with project standards and information requirements.
