IDA Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager for a London-based studio near Old Street. The role focuses on leading BIM strategy, implementing Revit across the practice, and championing digital technology.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in BIM management or a similar role.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and experience with ACC software.
• Strong grasp of ISO 19650, COBie and Uniclass 2015.
• RIBA Part 2 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and raise BIM knowledge across the studio.
• Drive BIM best practices and Revit implementation office-wide.
• Train and support staff, collaborating with business development, bids, design and delivery.
• Advise on BIM strategies to ensure correct outcomes.
• Review and maintain BIM templates, standards and procedures.
• Provide resources for Revit and related training.
• Oversee model quality control and EIR compliance.
• Consult with clients, consultants and supply chain on information exchange.
• Input into BIM Execution Plans
• Attend seminars and liaise with industry bodies

BIM Manager £55,000 -£65,000

London (Old Street area) | Permanent, Full-Time | 9:00am-6:00pm, Mon-Fri

An award-winning London design studio, recognised internationally for their thoughtful approach to sensitive sites and ambitious projects are looking for an experienced BIM Manager. The studio is based near Old Street, Monday to Friday, with one day remote working available.

The BIM Manager is responsible for leading on the strategic implementation of BIM and Revit across the practice, support and train staff at all levels, and champion digital technology throughout the office.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate at least 3 years' experience within a similar role. Possess advanced Revit and ACC knowledge with a strong grasp of ISO 19650, COBie and Uniclass 2015. RIBA Part 2 or equivalent as minimum is preferred. You will be an outstanding communicator who can provide a comprehensive approach to BIM strategy within the studio.

Reporting into a Senior Associate, your responsibilities are varied and include:

• Educate and increase overall knowledge and raise awareness of BIM within the studio.
• Drive BIM best practice and Revit implementation office-wide.
• Train and support staff, collaborating closely with all areas including business development, bids, design and delivery.
• Support project leads and advise on best practice and project strategies to ensure correct BIM outcomes are achieved.
• Review and maintain BIM templates, standards and procedures.
• Provide resources for Revit and other relevant training across the practice
• Oversee model quality control and EIR compliance.
• Consult with clients, consultants and supply chain on information exchange
• Input into BIM Execution Plans
• Attend seminars/liaise with relevant industry bodies
