Job summary

Blackedge Consulting is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across major engineering projects in the Newcastle area. You will define BIM strategy, standards, workflows and information management processes, guiding teams to higher levels of coordination and quality.

You will foster collaboration between design disciplines, mentor BIM coordinators, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and information governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BIM Management, Digital Delivery or coordination of multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, information management and collaborative design processes.
• Experience developing BIM standards, workflows and QA procedures.
• Track record coordinating complex engineering or construction projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
