Job summary

Belasko is seeking an experienced Billing & Revenue Manager to lead the end-to-end billing process across multiple jurisdictions and service lines. You will partner with Finance, Client Service and Business Leaders to optimise revenue, manage WIP and support forecasting and budgeting.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with billing controls. You will drive process improvements and ensure adherence to client fee arrangements while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Billing and Revenue Management role.
• Experience within fiduciary, corporate services, fund administration or private wealth environment.
• Strong understanding of WIP management, billing controls and revenue recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group billing function across all service lines and jurisdictions.
• Ensure client invoices are prepared accurately and issued on a timely basis.
• Manage billing schedules, fee calculations and invoice approvals.
• Monitor and control WIP balances, supporting revenue recovery and maximising billable revenue.
• Oversee billing adjustments, write-offs, write-downs and credit note processes.
• Maintain accurate client, fee and service line data within billing systems.
• Produce regular billing, revenue and WIP reporting for management.
• Analyse revenue trends and identify opportunities to improve recovery and operational efficiency.
• Support monthly revenue reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Partner with business leaders to resolve billing issues and deliver best practice.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Billing & Revenue Manager to lead and enhance our Group billing function. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this is a key role responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, effective work in progress (WIP) management, revenue optimisation, and the continued development of robust billing controls across our growing international business.

About the Role

As Billing & Revenue Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end billing process across multiple jurisdictions and service lines, working closely with Finance teams, Client Service teams and Business Leaders. You will play a central role in managing revenue performance, supporting forecasting activities, improving billing efficiency and ensuring adherence to agreed client fee arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Group billing function across all service lines and jurisdictions
• Ensure client invoices are prepared accurately and issued on a timely basis
• Manage billing schedules, fee calculations and invoice approvals

About You

We're looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented professional who can confidently engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

You'll ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Billing and Revenue Management role
• Experience within a fiduciary, corporate services, fund administration or private wealth environment
• Strong understanding of WIP management, billing controls and revenue recovery
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
• Advanced Microsoft NavOne and/or PlainSail experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements
