Echo Managed Services is seeking a Billing & Collections Performance Manager to lead the framework, drive performance and revenue protection from our Walsall head office. The role requires turning complex data into actionable insights and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Billing, Collections, Revenue Assurance or Customer Operations.
• Strong understanding of billing and debt recovery processes.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and management reporting.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets.
• Proficient Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing & Collections performance framework and translate data into insights.
• Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and performance commentary for leaders and clients.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve operational performance and revenue recovery.
• Strengthen Billing Assurance controls and reduce revenue leakage.
• Monitor collections performance and challenge strategies for effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Support governance, audit and compliance across the function.
• Champion continuous improvement and develop business cases.
• Partner with operational leaders to embed accountability and a culture of improvement.
