Billing Assistant (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Clinical Partners is one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and neurodevelopmental services, delivering high-quality assessments and treatment services across both NHS and private healthcare pathways.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Billings Assistant to join our Finance team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and processes, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
This role is heavily focused on administration and data entry, uploading private medical insurance (PMI) invoices to billing portals and ensuring all information is accurate and compliant before submission. Whilst previous experience in a billing or finance environment would be advantageous, we are equally keen to hear from candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This role supports billing processes, invoice administration, query resolution and reconciliations across a busy finance function.
Working closely with the wider Finance team, you will support the accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciliations and billing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring invoice data is correctly uploaded to insurer portals, maintaining accurate records and resolving billing queries efficiently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structured processes, is comfortable working independently and thrives in a role where accuracy and consistency are essential.
This is a predominantly remote role, with attendance at our Semley office required one day per month to support team collaboration and engagement.
As well as meaningful work that genuinely makes a difference to people's lives, you'll benefit from a comprehensive reward and wellbeing package:
At Clinical Partners we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background, race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and strive to provide a supportive and respectful environment for all employees.
Please note that this position requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the safety of our clients and staff. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check before commencing employment.
