Honeycomb is delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a prestigious technology business, to recruit for a Billing and Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation which focuses on long-term success, succession planning and the development of its people. The business provides life changing equipment and services to a range of customers, creating a purpose-lead working environment.

The role of Billing and Contracts Manager is a senior position within the team, and the focus of the position is ensuring customer billing processes are tightly adhered to/mapped out whilst overseeing the contractual obligations the business holds between the customer and team. You will ensure that contracts are commercially viable for the business whilst enabling the team to offer a seamless customer experience. You will oversee complex billing in terms of one-off payments and service requirements, ensuring customer problems are solved in the process. You will provide reports to Director level and suggest areas for process improvement when required. You will liaise with the sales team to support the after sales process and be an integral member of the business.

The right person for this role will have demonstrable experience managing contracts and billing processes. You will have demonstrable experience in leading business transformation and be competent working with accounts/financial information. Experience gained from within a product-focused environment would be ideal, particularly within an engineering environment.

The package for this role contains an attractive salary of £38,000-£40,000. The business is located in Belfast and provides a modern working environment with on-site parking.
