Job description

Summary:

The Billing Administrator will gather data, calculate charges and fees, and process invoices for payment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Enter invoice data, quality check for correct invoicing.
  2. Work with vendors to resolve open issues, such as payment inquiries and invoice disputes.
  3. Answer phone calls and assist contractors with inquiries.
  4. Perform general accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and tracking customer payments.
  5. Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Competencies:
  • Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience in a similar environment. Data entry and accounts receivable experience are a plus.
