Cummins Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with business stakeholders, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and driving strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and at least one other European language, with in-house TA or RPO experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; second European language desirable.
• Experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or RPO environments.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience using data to drive recruitment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar/shop roles across business units.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Communicate regularly with candidates about status and requirements.
• Oversee interview scheduling and travel arrangements; coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel to recruitment events and meetings as required.
• Improve recruitment processes in line with policies and legislation.
• Coach hiring managers and stakeholders to shape long-term hiring strategies.
• Track KPIs and use insights to improve quality and efficiency.
