Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience coaching and guiding junior TA colleagues.
• In-house TA or Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for target roles in collaboration with sourcing and coordination teams.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Communicate with candidates regarding status, requirements and employer value proposition.
• Oversee interview scheduling and candidate travel arrangements to ensure smooth processes.
• Travel to recruitment events and stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes in compliance with policies and laws.
• Coach stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and aid longer-term hiring strategies.
• Track KPIs and use data insights to improve quality and efficiency.
