Job summary

Lifeplus Europe Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to provide excellent service, handle inbound/outbound calls, process orders and changes, and support customer relationships. You will work within Lifeplus policies and contribute to improving Customer Care and the wider business.

Essential: fluent English and German, customer service experience, IT systems usage. Desirable: German Swiss, ordering systems experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Experience handling customer queries and requests.
• Experience using IT systems to record or process customer information.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries by phone, processing orders and changes with Puzzel.
• Make outgoing calls to resolve queries and achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Build relationships with customers to support retention.
• Follow Lifeplus policies and service levels in all interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Lifeplus processes and product portfolio.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Customer Care and the business.
