Job summary

Semble is seeking a bilingual French and English Customer Support Associate to support doctors, practice managers and clinic teams across email, phone and chat. You’ll be helping customers get started, resolve complex questions and become a trusted product expert as they grow with Semble.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success, creating knowledge articles and using AI-powered tools while keeping Semble’s human touch. UK-based hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English and French.
• Experience supporting customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication and empathy in fast-moving situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to customers in French and English across channels.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution and keep customers informed.
• Assist onboarding and training, become a trusted product expert.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to feedback issues.
• Create and improve knowledge articles and self-service resources.
• Utilize AI-powered tools while maintaining a human touch.
