Job summary

Tjarks and Tjarks, Purley studio, is seeking a Project Executive to support high‑profile accounts with German and English communication. Initially, you will assist senior team members with administration and, over time, run your own projects from concept to delivery.

You will coordinate with Design and Artwork teams, manage briefs, ensure deadlines, liaise with clients, and support budgets and invoicing. A strong admin background and Excel expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years strong administration experience.
• Professional standard in speaking/writing German (A Level or equivalent).
• Experience in project management in the creative/branding industry is advantageous.
• Advanced in Excel and managing spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account/Project Manager and/or Account Director; coordinate and run your own projects from concept to delivery.
• Own and coordinate entire projects from client brief to QC approval and release, in collaboration with Design and Artwork teams.
• Ensure projects meet high standards and deadlines; flag issues to Account Director.
• Communicate with clients professionally in German and English; build client relationships.
• Liaise with Studio Manager and departments to schedule jobs and ensure client specs are met.
• Maintain full visibility of live projects and report status as required.
• Assist with budgets and invoicing; support other members of Client Services as needed.
