Job summary

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd in Purley, South London, is seeking a German-speaking Graduate Project Executive. You will support German-speaking clients and international packaging and retail design projects, with full training provided and increasing responsibility over time.

The role offers a salary of £26,000–£32,000 with hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home) and clear career progression into project or account management.

Qualifications

• German-speaking graduate with a degree.
• Fluent German and strong English language skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and delivery of client projects from brief to delivery.
• Liaise with German-speaking clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate project tasks, deadlines and actions.
• Track progress and provide client updates.
• Maintain accurate project information and documentation.
• Support the delivery of packaging and retail design projects.
• Respond to client queries and help resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Assist the Account Director with project and account management.
