Think Education Partners Limited is seeking a Learning Coach (LSA) who is Spanish-speaking to join a Sixth Form College in South London. You will provide targeted academic and pastoral support to students aged 16–19, including those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, while leveraging Spanish to assist communication and understanding.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, collaboration with teaching staff and the SEND/ALP team, and helping students develop independent study habits,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting students with SEND in education.
• Patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships.
• Experience with neurodiverse learners and executive-function support.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support.
• Support students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and related needs.
• Use Spanish to support communication and engagement where appropriate.
• Help students understand lesson content, assignments and instructions.
• Support organisation, planning, time management and study skills.
• Encourage independence and progress; liaise with SEND team.
• Record progress and contribute to student support plans.
