Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst in Leeds. You’ll provide first‑line IT support in German and English, support colleagues across locations, and work a hybrid pattern with two days in the office and three days at home. The 6‑month contract offers progression opportunities and a focus on excellent customer service.

No extensive IT experience is required; strong customer service or contact centre background and genuine IT interest are valued.

Qualifications

Fluent spoken and written German and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence handling inbound telephone calls.
Experience in customer service, contact centre or helpdesk is a plus.
Strong administration and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for colleagues with IT issues and resolve problems quickly.
Take inbound calls in German and English and provide first‑line IT support.
Assist with password resets, system access and basic troubleshooting.
Log, update and manage support tickets and keep users informed.
Coordinate with specialist and offshore teams when needed.
Escalate complex issues and maintain professional communication.
