Job summary

develop is seeking an experienced Zendesk Implementation Manager in Maidenhead to lead the end-to-end rollout of Zendesk across the organisation. You will own discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, data migration and go-live activities to ensure successful adoption.

The role requires hands-on Zendesk administration and strong project management, with collaboration across operational, technology and customer-facing teams to design a scalable Zendesk environment and support post-launch

Qualifications

• Lead the end-to-end Zendesk implementation and rollout across the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Zendesk configuration.
• Configure Zendesk workflows, triggers, automations, SLAs, routing and reporting.
• Plan data migration, testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
• Provide training materials and delivery to admins and team leads.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops to map current processes and requirements.
• Manage integrations between Zendesk and other business systems.
• Oversee timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and any third‑party partners.
• Monitor adoption and identify optimisations post go-live.
