Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the UKI & Middle East People Services team. You will provide initial Employee Relations advice, coach managers, and manage a diverse caseload across absence, performance, disciplinary matters and grievances. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

You will collaborate with Centres of Expertise, work with Workday/ServiceNow, and help drive consistent HR policies across multiple regions while supporting a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above essential.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic.
• Experience in a HR Advisor, generalist HR or HR Shared Services environment.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on HR policies and their practical application.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and Employee Relations principles.
• Experience providing first-stage advice on Employee Relations matters.
• Practical experience of absence and performance management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at different levels.
• Attention to confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach and guide managers through HR policies and people-related situations.
• Own and manage your HR caseload with timely, accurate support.
• Provide initial advice across Employee Relations, Total Reward, Talent and Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with the Employee Relations Centre of Expertise for complex cases.
• Partner with HR teams to ensure consistent HR policies and processes.
• Manage cases and updates through ServiceNow with accurate records.
• Address HR enquiries via telephone, email and the HR portal.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and articles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with internal teams and partners.
• Champion the People Services operating model across RTX.
