BYD is seeking a HR Generalist/HR Administrator in the United Kingdom to manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation. The role requires fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, meticulous Excel skills, and a compliant approach to data protection.

You will coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding, and probation-related tasks while maintaining accurate HR records and providing timely reports to the HR Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar HR operations role.
• Fluency in Chinese and English to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking colleagues.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF functions and data handling.

• Manage day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, amendments and HR documentation.
