You will work in shifts, handle inquiries, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience while supporting sales opportunities. Training and development are provided to grow within the aviation industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, plus Polish or Czech.
• Customer and sales focus to provide excellent service and close sales opportunities.
• A levels/High School certificate.
• Willing to work in a shift environment.
• PC based skills to operate Windows (Word/Excel/Email).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers via voice support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support customers throughout their journey.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities when appropriate.
