Liberis in Nottingham is seeking a Customer Service Executive for Collections who speaks Spanish or Portuguese and English. You will manage in-house collections processes, engage with customers by phone and email, and work to rehabilitate accounts while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience in a collections team, preferably SME collections.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• High integrity in all actions and decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of receivables to identify underperforming or inactive customers.
• Investigate root causes of inactivity and identify solutions to rehabilitate accounts.
• Direct engagement with customers via phone and email to rekindle engagement.
• Contact customers reached via legal letters when needed.
• Help keep defaulting account volumes within budget and reduce escalation to debt collection.
• Champion fairness and Liberis values in all customer interactions.
• Manage daily workload with autonomy while benefiting from team support.
