Decathlon UK Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Workshop Technician to diagnose faults, repair bikes and other sports products in-store. You’ll provide trusted service, quote repairs, and help customers extend the life of their equipment.

You will manage workshop stock, contribute to performance KPIs, and help grow the workshop's customer base while upholding Decathlon's sustainability goals. Evening/weekend work is expected.

Qualificações

• Cytech certification or equivalent bike repair qualification.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing bikes and sports equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosis of technical faults in customer products - and agreeing on the best solution with customers
• Servicing and repair of customer products within your Decathlon Store
• Ensuring that your customers have the best customer service experience
• Stock management, ordering and control
• Business performance analysis
• Creatively developing and growing the workshop operation and customer base
• Delivery of workshop KPI’s
