Leisure Lakes Bikes in Bristol is recruiting two proactive workshop staff with a passion for cycling. You will help establish and drive the success of our new Bristol location, handling bicycle maintenance, servicing, and e-bike diagnostics in a fast-paced workshop.

The ideal candidate will have Cytech Level 2/3, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility for varied hours and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Cytech Level 2 or 3 qualification is required or highly desirable.
• Experience with e-bike diagnostics and servicing in a busy workshop.
• Previous professional bicycle workshop experience essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and service bikes, including e-bikes, in a busy workshop.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and manage bookings and records.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
