Qualifications

• A sports enthusiast at heart and passion for bikes.
• Bonus points for Cytech certification and prior workshop experience.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and service bike components with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical faults and agree on the best solution with customers.
• Service and repair customer products in-store workshop.
• Ensure customers have the best service experience.
• Manage stock, ordering and control.
• Analyze business performance and workshop KPI’s.
• Develop and grow the workshop operation and customer base.
• Deliver workshop KPI targets.
