Boston Energy is building its commercial team and seeks a Contract & Tendering Coordinator to support bids, proposals, and tenders. You will work with subject matter experts to ensure accurate, compliant submissions and maintain tender documentation, pricing templates, and bid library.

Qualifications

• A strong track record in your career to date and a reputation for accuracy and reliability.
• Excellent organisational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• A genuine interest in commercial, contracts, or bid work - or a willingness to develop one.
• Someone who works well with people at all levels and isn't afraid to ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and coordination of tenders, proposals, and bids.
• Working with subject matter experts across the business to pull together accurate, compliant submissions.
• Helping maintain tender and contract documentation, pricing templates, and bid library.
• Getting involved in risk analysis, Bid/No-Bid reviews, and pricing discussions.
• Learning the fundamentals of contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Building relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.
• Helping monitor and maintain customer tender portals, keeping opportunities accurate and up to date.
• Helping prepare handover documentation for Operations, capturing key risks, mitigations, and sign-offs.
• Tracking tender performance data and supporting reporting on trends and outcomes.
