Oceaneering International is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support bids and quotes for offshore energy projects. You will log enquiries, compile tender documents, route quotes for approval, and ensure contracts align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with tender processes and the preparation of quotes.
• Familiarity with Oil and Gas Industry Contracts.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, log commercial enquiries and distribute as necessary.
• Basic compilation of tender and pre-qualification documents to meet deadlines.
• Prepare standard OPG and SSR quotes and route for approval in line with processes.
• Review basic contractual documents (POs, Work Orders, Service Orders) for compliance with policies.
• Escalate contractual risks and deviations to Tender Managers, Contracts and Legal.
• Negotiate anomalies and exceptions within basic contract documents with clients.
• Coordinate internal inputs into tenders to ensure timely, compliant responses.
• Communicate with external and internal clients for feedback and filing.
• Update and maintain commercial department databases.
• Coordinate bid kick-off meetings and tender schedules.
• Provide guidance on contractual obligations to ensure work complies with Terms.
• Prepare requests for contractual deviations and amendments as requirements change.
• Prepare handover documents to other departments.
• Assist with maintaining department filing systems.
• Provide general assistance to the Commercial Department as required.
• Check completeness of department filing systems and address discrepancies.
• Compile and update standard boilerplate and related commercial material.
• Other duties as assigned.
