Job summary

Omnicom Media ищет специалиста по платному поиску и платному социальному медиа в Лондоне. Ваша задача — реализовывать кампании согласно брифам, анализировать результаты и готовить отчётность для клиентов.

Qualifications

Задачи:

• Complete timesheets at least weekly
• Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines, and adhere to quality assurance policies
• Self-manage and complete a variety of tasks efficiently
• Supervise junior staff output and participate in quality checks
• Develop advanced Search and Social knowledge through training, qualifications, and industry updates
• Build working knowledge of reporting and tracking tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Contribute to developing products and ways of working that improve biddable results
• Execute campaigns according to plan and targets across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks
• Work with the Account Manager and Account Director to develop and follow campaign timelines, cost estimates, schedules, and forecasts
• Set up and optimize campaigns according to briefs and Search and Social best practices
• Monitor campaigns daily and meet relevant targets
• Create accurate reports and high-quality presentations
• Help prepare client-facing performance reviews and present parts of them in client meetings
• Analyze results, report findings, and provide recommendations
• Update budget sheets daily, weekly, and monthly
• Prepare and distribute accurate contact reports within 24 hours under manager guidance
• Coordinate and distribute regular status reports
• Keep clients and the account team updated on account activities
• Contribute to short- and long-term Search and Social strategies for clients
• Improve reporting by testing and developing features in Excel and related software
• Help develop and streamline data capture, automated reporting, and quality assurance processes
• Develop innovative ideas and process improvements for assigned projects and tasks
• Share ideas and opinions on clients' businesses, agency practices, and the industry, and contribute in meetings

Требования:

• Excellent numeracy and written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience with Paid Search or Paid Social campaigns
• Familiarity with major social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude

Условия:

Minimum three days per week in the office; additional in-office days may be required by the agency or manager
