As our Bid Writer, you will be reporting to our National Bid Manager and be based at Home and/or able to access one of our regional offices. You will work closely with our National Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive, client-focused content for complex bids and proposals.
• Work closely with bid manager and subject matter experts to create winning strategies.
• Conduct research and gather information from various sources to construct solid, evidence-based proposals.
• Edit, proofread, and manage the overall quality of proposal content.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Participate and lead in bid/no-bid decisions and strategy meetings.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge/Experience of Compliance Sector Bids
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proven work experience as a bid writer.
• Prior experience and good understanding of basic Microsoft package skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyse bid data for strategic decisions
• Good understanding of CRM systems.
