Job summary

Egis is seeking a Tender Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of market engagement responses, pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders across the UK and Ireland. You will work with the Tender Unit Team to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions on time.

The role is based in London with hybrid working (2 days per week) and a 40-hour week on a 6-month FTC. A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is desirable and a discretionary bonus may accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to produce concise, persuasive content.
• Strong organisation and time management to handle multiple priorities, contributors and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and platforms to identify and track opportunities.
• Maintain the central opportunity and tender register with deadlines and status updates.
• Coordinate PQQs and tenders from kick-off to submission.
• Coordinate inputs from operational teams and partners, escalating risks.
• Draft, edit and proofread persuasive tender content and supporting CVs.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements and brand guidelines; quality-check and upload documents.
