HP4 Recruitment Ltd seeks a Bid / Tender Coordinator for a Wakefield base. Hybrid or remote work is available, with a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus package. The role supports early tender stages for a security and civils business operating on MOD and utility sites across the UK.

You will manage bid enquiries, prepare opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams, gaining exposure to pre-construction activities and a potential full ownership path. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bid, tender, estimating or pre-construction role.
• An engineering background would be highly advantageous.
• Candidates with a construction background will also be considered.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work to deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage and review incoming bid and tender enquiries.
• Assess new opportunities and complete initial tender preparation.
• Support pre-construction activities and gather relevant project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently.
• Prepare opportunities for a smooth handover to the Sales team.
• Develop an understanding of the company's security systems, civils works and project requirements.
