Job summary

In this role you will collaborate with the Senior Bid Manager and multiple departments to deliver high-quality, compliant bids. A-levels or higher and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-level standard, or preferably higher.
• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with InDesign would be beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good numerical skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support bidding activities from monitoring portals to tender submissions.
• Assist in preparation of bid responses and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal and HR to gather data.
• Ensure bid submissions are high-quality, accurate and compliant.
• Assist in monitoring progress and handover of bids to operations.
• Maintain project plans and prepare monthly reporting as needed.
