3Search in Greater London seeks a Senior Proposals Manager to own the full bid lifecycle from opportunity through submission and post-bid review. You will work with the Pre-Construction Director and project teams to develop bid strategies and ensure high-quality, on-time tender submissions.

The role provides leadership of the proposals team, coaching staff and coordinating resources to deliver winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bids or proposals in construction/pre-construction.
• Understanding of full bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission.
• Experience coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission.
• Lead, coach and develop the proposals team.
• Prioritise workloads with the Pre-Construction Director.
• Develop bid strategies and facilitate win/loss workshops.
• Organise bid kick-off meetings with input from delivery and management teams.
• Coordinate resources to enhance submissions with graphics.
• Ensure submissions meet tender requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate prequalification questionnaires and expressions of interest.
• Maintain project profiles and staff CVs for future bids.
• Lead post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001.
