Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the bid process for major construction projects across a diverse portfolio in the UK. You will coordinate with pre-construction, estimating, commercial and operational teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions.

The role includes managing PQQs, SQs and ITTs, developing bid strategies, leading bid reviews and client presentations. Flexible or hybrid working arrangements may be available as required.

Qualifications

• Proven Bid Manager experience with a Tier 1 main contractor or major construction business.
• Strong understanding of construction tendering and procurement.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines.
