Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead tenders for major construction projects across a diverse portfolio. You will manage the full tender process, develop bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver compelling submissions.

Working with estimating and pre-construction, you will drive programmes, meet deadlines and present at client interviews, with a hybrid working pattern and a clear path for long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bid Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor or major construction business.
• Strong understanding of construction tendering and procurement.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines.

The Role

Requirements

• Proven Bid Manager experience with a Tier 1 main contractor or major construction business.
