Due to an increase in contract wins and ambitious growth plans, we're expanding our team and have a new opportunity for a Bid Manager, focused on managing complex tender activities.

We're seeking an excellent relationship builder to deeply embed themselves in Xyla's business areas, working with our operations, clinical, and tech teams to develop effective bid solutions. You will manage bids from inception to completion, from market shaping and engaging with commissioners to finalizing live bid opportunities.

Xyla, part of Acacium Group, offers integrated healthcare solutions that enhance lives and ease the UK healthcare system's demands. Our services help prevent hospital admissions or facilitate safe and timely discharges, providing specialist support in community or home settings. We also assist in finding suitable care options beyond hospital, sourcing bespoke care at home, in care homes, or in the community, whether for short-term reablement or long-term support.

Every day you will…

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue, aiming to meet or surpass our five-year goals.
  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships supporting national strategies and local tender opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth areas, inform entry strategies, and discover new market segments.
  • Manage tender opportunities throughout the bid process, ensuring compliance and addressing client needs.
  • Attend events and engage with clients to influence technical and commercial aspects of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth propositions and high-quality tender submissions.
