Due to an increase in contract wins and ambitious growth plans, we're growing our team and have a brand new opportunity to join us as a Bid Manager, focused on managing complex tender activities.

We're looking for an excellent relationship builder to fully embed themselves in Xyla's business areas, working with our operations, clinical and tech teams to come up with effective solutions to bids. In this role you'll be managing bids from start to finish, from shaping the market and engaging with commissioners through to completing the live bid opportunity.

Xyla, part of Acacium Group, is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.While our prevention services keep people out of hospital, we can also help them find the right care beyond it. We use our local knowledge to source bespoke care at home, in a care home or in the community, whether for short-term reablement or long-term support.

Every day you will…

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue, aiming to meet or exceed our five-year plan.
  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships to support national strategy and local tender opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth areas, inform entry strategies, and discover new market segments.
  • Manage tender opportunities through the bid process, ensuring compliance and addressing client needs.
  • Attend events and engage with clients to influence technical and commercial aspects of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth propositions and high-quality tender submissions.
