What will you be doing?

• Leading and managing the process of securing projects through competitive bidding

• Managing cost estimates
• Working closely with BDMs to develop winning strategies
• Preparing and delivering bid presentations

What you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Familiarity with technical estimating & procurement processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and review technical drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager or Proposals Engineer is preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in Project Management, Project Coordination, Design Management, or similar roles involving cross-functional collaboration will also be considered.
